Anti-static flooring for a West Midlands production facility
The challenge
The client's electronics assembly line needed a floor that could dissipate static safely around sensitive components, on top of a slab with several patched, uneven areas left over from a previous fit-out.
The system supplied
We repaired and levelled the slab first, then installed an anti-static/ESD system tied into the facility's earthing points and tested to the client's target resistance range across the whole production floor.
The outcome
A compliant, ESD-safe floor across the assembly area, with resistance readings verified on handover and no reported static-related component failures since.
