Epoxy coatings & self-levelling epoxy

Hard, smooth and chemical-resistant — the workhorse for warehouses, workshops and general industrial floors.

The system

What epoxy is built for

Epoxy is the dependable base coat of industrial flooring: a hard, seamless surface that bonds tight to prepared concrete and shrugs off traffic, chemicals and abrasion. Self-levelling grades give a smooth, easy-clean finish; where more is needed, it's the foundation other systems build on.

Where it fits

Where it earns its keep

Cost-effective and hard-wearing, epoxy suits high-traffic aisles, workshops and storage areas that need a tough, dust-free floor. It takes flake or quartz for looks and grip, and accepts anti-slip aggregate where safety matters.

The fit

Is epoxy right for your floor?

Epoxy covers a huge range of jobs, but heat, heavy abrasion or hot washdowns can call for a tougher system. Tell us how your floor is used and we'll confirm whether epoxy is the fit — or point you to the right alternative.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes — a correctly specified epoxy handles constant forklift and pallet traffic. For the heaviest wear or point loads we may recommend a polyurethane instead.
It can — we broadcast an anti-slip aggregate into the surface to hit a target slip rating in wet or greasy areas.
Years of hard service, given the right prep and a build matched to the traffic. Thickness is what usually decides it — a thin coat in a forklift aisle won't last like a full self-levelling build.
Sometimes. If the old coating is sound and well bonded we can prepare and overcoat it. If it's lifting or contaminated it needs taking off first — we'd confirm which before quoting.
A wide standard range, plus flake or quartz where you want more than a flat colour. Tell us the shade you're after and we'll get as close as the system allows.
