Self-levelling epoxy for a Coventry distribution warehouse
The challenge
Years of pallet-truck and forklift traffic had worn the old floor down to bare, dusting concrete, and the racking layout needed a durable, glare-controlled surface that wouldn't need resurfacing every couple of years.
The system supplied
A self-levelling epoxy system, laid across the full warehouse floor plate with line marking built in for the racking bays and pedestrian walkways. The finish was specified for abrasion resistance under continuous wheeled traffic, with a satin sheen to cut glare from the overhead lighting without making the aisles slippery.
The outcome
A seamless, dust-free floor that's held up under daily MHE traffic, with racking-bay markings that are still crisp and haven't needed repainting.
